BASWAphon is an innovative, mineral-based acoustic system, designed for the control of reverberation times in rooms and halls.  The heart of BASWAphons appeal is a combination of exceptional absorption with a strikingliy beautiful appearance.

Systems: The system consists of pre-coated mineral supporting panels which are first glued to the ceiling (thickness 30 mm – 65 mm). Afterward a layer of mineral plaster (thickness approximately 2.5 mm – 3.5 mm) is applied in two operations to the object in question. After a final smoothing with a special plasterer float, the surface takes on the appearance of a smooth plaster.

Finishes:

Classic Finish: is BASWAphon’s premium product with a smooth hand troweled finish.

Frosted Finish:  a spray applied “light sand” finish which not water solubale and therefore highly resistant to moisture, mold and mildew. It can be applied on ceiling and wall surfaces of indoor swimming pools, protected exterior spaces or other high moisture applications.

Resilient Finish: a trowel applied smooth finish which is not water soluble, washable, and highly resistant to moisture, mold and mildew. It can be applied on ceiling and wall surfaces of indoor swimming pools, protected exterior spaces or other high moisture applications.

Specialty finish wihout supporting panel: Finish Applied Directly to Stable Substrate,

Custom Finish: In addition to the standard BASWAphon Finishes, custom finishes are available. BASWAphon can be applied to match a wide range of finishes including "Old World" Plaster.
